Loudoun Medical Triangle at Stone Ridge

Stone Ridge, Loudoun County’s premier new home community, will be home to the Loudoun Medical Triangle. A convergence of top-notch health facilities will be built at Stone Ridge. In April, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital will open its doors. Hospital Corporation of America has begun plans to open their hospital across Rt. 50, and Capital Hospice will open their Loudoun Campus at Stone Ridge. In addition, Inova Health has plans to build next to the Hospice Campus. To take advantage of this ideal location, Van Metre is building two floors of Medical Office Suites. These can be outfitted to suit the client. They have broken ground on the four-story building. The bottom two floors will be occupied by the Gum Spring Library projected to open Fall 2011.

Stone Ridge is conveniently located on Rt. 50 about 6 miles west of Rt. 28, and has retail, restaurants, schools, amenities, and office space on site. Van Metre Companies is the developer of Stone Ridge and builds new homes there.
